Bereavement support

The loss of someone close can be hard; we can provide bereavement support for the families and those who were close to people who were patients at the hospice.

Talking things over with a social workerFollowing a patient's death, we will get in touch with bereaved relatives to offer our services.

Depending on your circumstances, you will be offered one-to-one support sessions with a trained volunteer or a social worker at the hospice.

We also run a group for bereaved people, which meets at the hospice every month.

Bereavement support sessions are organised by our social work department.

If you are looking for bereavement support and your relative was not a patient at the Marie Curie Hospice, Liverpool, we recommend you contact Cruse Bereavement Care.
